Return, refund & exchange policy

We want you to love your RAT BOI wears. If you aren’t fully satisfied, please initiate a return within 15 days of the delivery date of your item.  We gladly accept returns and exchanges for any new and unused items (excluding personal items*) purchased at full price, unless otherwise specified. Items obtained with a bundle discount are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

A gentle reminder to exercise caution with makeup, deodorant, etc., during clothing try-ons, as we can only accept returns for items in unworn, unused condition, exactly as they were received. Any unauthorized returns or items sent back in unsellable conditions which include, but are not limited to, deodorant stains, pet hair, missing tags, and odor/fragrance, are subject to rejection upon processing and no refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued. 

RAT BOI monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

*Personal Items

All underwear are considered personal items. For sanitary reasons, we are not accepting returns exchanges or refunds on any personal items. Bras and camis are eligible for return or exchange so long as they are unworn, sellable condition with all original tags still attached.

Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

We accept returns or exchanges on all items purchased at full price with the exception of underwear bottoms, which are considered final sale for sanitary reasons. Items purchased using a bundle discount or coupon code are eligible for exchange or return for store credit only. Returns are only available for US orders.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds on returns of items purchased at full price that have been unworn and still have the original tags attached. Refunds may only be issued on items that are in resealable condition that that comply with our return policy. Any unauthorized returns or items sent back in unsellable conditions which include, but are not limited to, deodorant stains, pet hair, missing tags, and odor/fragrance, are subject to rejection upon processing and no refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued. 


Can I return a sale item?

All items purchased using a bundle discount are eligible for exchange or return for store credit only. Items purchased during site wide sales (including but not limited to Black Friday) specified as final sale are considered final sale.  Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


I purchased free returns + package protection at check out, what does that mean?

By adding free returns + package protection, you’re covered if your order isn’t quite what you expected. You can submit a return at no cost (return shipping typically runs $8–$12) so this ensures your refund won’t have shipping deducted.

Package protection also covers lost or missing deliveries. If your package is marked delivered but can’t be located, you can file a claim through our return portal for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to contact you on your claim request.

If you do not purchase free returns + package protection at check out you can still return your item but you would be responsible for return shipping cost.
